主理人於2015年創立了香港首間結合法式甜點與麻糬的蛋糕店。每一款原創口味甜點的誕生都經過繁複的試作改進。由麻糬開始, 乃至所有的餡料(例:榛子醬、開心果醬、芋泥、千層酥...),都選用最頂級的天然食材由零開始製作,並堅持每天早上新鮮組裝出貨,希望為每位客人帶來小店獨有的味道與溫度。
