This cake highlights the natural sweetness of fresh Japanese strawberries with a cloud-like OMU pure cream, creating a refreshingly light and greaseless dessert. The addition of shiso chantilly cream and soft, chewy mochi further enhances the experience.
About Omu Fresh Cream:
It is made from milk produced in Kyushu, Japan, without any additives. It has a shelf life of only three weeks and has a pure milk fragrance. The cows that provide the milk source are fed with grains instead of grass, resulting in a pure white color and a refreshing taste.
