Made with a blend of carefully selected cheeses, including French Kiri Cream Cheese and 24-month aged Dutch Gouda, creating layers of creamy richness, subtle saltiness, and lingering umami.

Instead of pursuing a molten centre, we opted for a lower-cream recipe that highlights the pure essence of cheese while maintaining a smooth and delicate texture.
