Adverse Weather Arrangement

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above on the pickup day at or before 9:00 AM:

(A) Signal is lowered at or before 9:00 AM

All services will operate as usual.

(B) Signal is lowered at or before 12:00 PM

Lai Chi Kok Studio: Service will resume 2 hours after the signal is lowered
Pop-up Stores: Service will resume 3 hours after the signal is lowered
Delivery service: Resumes from 3:00 PM

Lai Chi Kok Studio & Delivery Service: Resume 2 hours after the signal is lowered
Pop-up Stores: Resume 3 hours after the signal is lowered
Or proceed according to the original schedule (whichever is later)
Note: The Studio will still close at 7:00 PM

(D) Signal is lowered after 3:00 PM

All services will be suspended for the day
Our team will contact customers on the next working day via WhatsApp to arrange a new pickup date

If no weather warning has been issued before 9:00 AM, but the Observatory forecasts Signal No. 8 or above later that day:

Orders will be arranged as scheduled
Lai Chi Kok Studio and Pop-up Stores will close 1 hour before the forecasted signal hoisting time
All delivery and pickup services will be suspended at the same time
