1. Our delivery service is available for residential, commercial, and industrial addresses. Delivery time slots are 1–4 PM, 3–7 PM. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be arranged.
2. Door-to-door delivery is available for residential addresses only, excluding:
• Buildings without lifts
• All residential buildings in Ma Wan & Discovery Bay
3. For addresses without free parking, customers may be required to collect their order at the roadside. If door-to-door delivery is preferred, an additional HK$30 parking fee will apply.
4. When selecting your delivery time slot, please allow sufficient buffer time, as traffic conditions may be unpredictable. We are not liable for delivery delays due to traffic or other external factors.
5. A waiting charge of HK$20 will apply after the first 10 minutes of waiting. The driver will depart after 15 minutes if no one is available to receive the order.
6.For same-day re-delivery, a surcharge of 50% of the original delivery fee will be applied.
7. If the recipient is unable to collect the order on the scheduled date, the order will be forfeited.
8. Most deliveries are handled by our in-house driver; however, deliveries may occasionally be arranged via a third-party driver when necessary.
9. Please refrigerate the cake immediately after receiving the delivery to maintain optimal quality.
